Cocoa can also help hydrate your skin, protect your skin from sun damage and reduce dental cavities. This is due to the antibacterial, anti- enzymatic and immune stimulating properties in the compounds found in cocoa.

Almond Milk

Almond Milk is very high in vitamin E. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that has many benefits, some of which include reducing stress, protecting against heart disease and cancer, and reducing the risk of Alzheimer's disease. Almond Milk is also a good source of calcium which is essential to good bone health.
